The island has a variety of beautiful landscapes that allow to enjoy several outdoors activities: biking, trekking, climbing, diving, fishing, etc. You also have guided activities and tours by local companies that have budget-priced tariffs and varied offers.


The technical office of Garajonay National Park offers free guided tours (in Spanish only). In these routes the park guides give an useful insight on the values of the park and it's laurel rainforest. Every friday departing from La Laguna Grande. You need to book in advance through the reservations website:

Timah TrekkingThe company Timah Travel offers group routes all around the island. Each route takes approximately 4 hours, includes transportation and experienced guide (spanish, english and german speaking). One of its most popular routes departs from Hermigua Beach and reaches Las Rosas after trekking near the island north shoreline. You can download the weekly tours programme HERE. Ymaguara GomeraGomeran company Ymaguara, located in Vallehermoso, offers routes of 3.5 to 4 hours. Includes transportation + guide in Spanish / English from 20 €/person. Daily tours from Monday to Thursday. Some routes combine activities such as wine tasting, kayaking or mountain bikes. Telemaco Rent a BikeLocal company Telémaco Rent a Bike offers several routes perfectly adapted to different levels. Groups of up to 6 persons for 35 €/person, including transportation, guide (Spanish and English) and safety equipment. They also offer bike rental and propose different routes to make on your own. Rental of half day for 10 € and full day from 12 €.
